They are very responsive and supportive of my situation. I am very happy with the purchases and will return for more.Dimensions are correctly described. Very well built, strong, and high quality material. Instructions to assemble are easy to follow. The 48" length fits my setup -- 27" and 32" monitors where the 32" main monitor faces straight to me and the 27" secondary monitor is angled around 30-45 degrees. The 30" width dimension is wide enough to place keyboard and monitors comfortably and monitors are far enough from where I sit.
