The DPC-7500-120V is a unique lighting controller that connects to a 4-wire 240 Volt service, but provides six 120 Volt outlets (5-15r) that allow you to run up to 60 amps at 120 Volts. In many cases, you can plug this unit right into an existing dryer-type outlet (14-30r). Hand-built at their California factory, 5 year warranty. Built-in digital timer with battery backup. Six timed 120 Volt outlets (5-15r) provide up to 10 amps each - the last two outlets can be set to constant power. Detachable trigger cord can override the built-in timer, so Powerbox can be controlled by other devices. 5' main power cord - plug & play (14-30p).

So far, so good! PLEASE look at the plug outlet CLOSELY. There are literally 10+ designs for 240v plug outlets. WILL NOT WORK BY CONVERTING OLD 3 PRONG 240V TO 4!! This product NEEDS two hots, a neutral, and a ground.Worse case scenario, if you have a four prong outlet, but it's the wrong fitting, just replace the plug end on the powerbox. Takes literally 10 minutes. Make sure you read all instructions/safety manuals before attempting or contact a certified electrician and take a picture of the outside and inside of the plug end if you attempt this!I have no issues with mine, a family member has had difficulties with 2 separate boxes.Getting it warrantied was one hell of a process they eventually just bought another.The timer seemed to be faulty would switch from Auto to manual on it's on and off and as well outside of programmed times.first one the timer was defective. so i got ahold of powerbox and they sent me a new one. very happy with powerbox, reliable and made right in California, USA.This thing kicks on and off with a slight vibration. It appears that a timer "manual" button is defective. This issue is that this is useless for plants as it will mess their light schedule up.Very good product........the box keep switching from auto on to auto off.Every other day I go out there it is off.Great productWorks great
