This company has excellent customer service. I had an issue, and it was resolved quickly, without a lot of fuss.Now- to the desk. This is an awesome find. The programmable electronics make it easy to go from seated to standing to "zoom video" height. The motor is very quiet and pretty quick to adjust the height. It goes together very quickly, and is very sturdy. I am a heavy typer, and it does not wobble. The legs are painted well, and the top is a high quality veneer with an awesome looking wood grain. You'd think it was solid wood, with a nice shine.It should be noted that this is a split top desk. The top is split in half but the mechanism to hold it together is solid, no gaps. Note- the boxes these are shipped in are a bit thin for the weight of the item, but the contents inside seemed relatively unscathed. UPS is not exactly know for being gentle with anything. This is more on UPS than the vendor.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Likely buying a second one as well.
